Fill in the booking form below as indicated. If you are bringing a friend be sure to indicate the number of spaces you wish to book in the box marked Spaces. 

In the box marked Comment you can indicate any dietary needs.

Then click “send your booking” at the bottom of the page to register. Please avoid clicking “send your booking” more than once to avoid possible double booking. After completing the online booking form you will automatically receive an e-mail from WordPress saying “PENDING.” This means your booking was successful. Check your email for the “PENDING” message. If you do not receive this, or you have trouble booking, contact the luncheon coordinator (see below). When you pay by e-transfer, you will receive an additional e-mail saying your booking is “CONFIRMED.” The cost for the luncheon is $40. Lunches can be prepaid by e-transfer to swansvictoria@yahoo.com (Question: club name? Answer: SWANS2022). 

On the day of the luncheon registration will open at 11:30 am with lunch at 12:00 pm. Payment will also be accepted at the door by cash or cheque made out to SWANS. If you are paying by cheque please complete cheques before arriving at the luncheon to help streamline the registration.  

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE BOOKINGS after the November 28 deadline.
