Membership requires submitting a completed application, required fee ($30), and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Membership, including the prescribed waiver of liability.
Before completing the registration form below, please read our Terms and Conditions of Membership found in the top menu of the home page. Following submission of your online registration form you will receive an email from “WordPress” saying your membership is “pending” until your payment has been processed. Once this is done, you will receive an email saying “confirmed.”
Be sure to update any personal information that may have changed. If your email address has changed please contact the membership coordinator, Margaret Doetsch (mdoetsch@telus.net).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED, including acknowledgment of our privacy section and the Terms and Conditions of membership. When you have completed the form click “send your booking” at the bottom of the page.
The annual renewal fee is $30. The fee can be paid by e-transfer to the treasurer at swansvictoria@yahoo.com. The security question is CLUB NAME and the answer is SWANS2022. Members can also pay by cheque, made out to SWANS, at the August and September luncheons.
